I will do that. Thank youI would suggest you call some dealers in your area and confirm that. I’m afraid of what responses you might get. Dealers will tell you one thing but not everything is true.

I'd give Granger a call (or email) anyway. I'm in CA and there are still options that may be available to you.Damn, I missed that too. Florida sucks that way. @DCS try working a deal with your dealer if they try and push this on you. Get quotes from all of the online dealers (use another state, of course) And use them to make a deal.
Given all the electronics in new cars these days, I am considering an extended warranty. I know Ford offers one. To be prepared with a competitive policy, I checked with Endurance on their "Supreme" policy - $100.00 deductible, 8 years (actually 5 after the standard warranty) or 101K miles. Believe me, it is "Supremely" priced! I don't even have a VIN yet, so the quote I was given was probably low.
What is the experience of the Mustang GT crowd?
Currently, Ford offers four types of ESP, from Base (84 items) to Premium (1000+ items, with more options still).Under my "extended warranty", I still had to pay for every single repair.
Unfortunately I do not remember what it was exactly.Currently, Ford offers four types of ESP, from Base (84 items) to Premium (1000+ items, with more options still).
At the time you had yours, which did you have? Level of coverage? Maybe the plans have changed since.

He said he bought an "extended warranty" not an ESP. Bet it was a crappy 3rd party one.Currently, Ford offers four types of ESP, from Base (84 items) to Premium (1000+ items, with more options still).

I am interested in the ESP as well. This is my second Ford vehicle. My first one was a 2017 F-150 with the 3.5 Ecoboost. Had the Ford ESP and it came in handy. Had the cam phaser replacement done right after the 60,000 mile mark. Only had to pay $100 deductible to have it fixed. Now granted, I'm pretty sure the cost for the warranty at the time of purchase was probably close to the initial cost of the cam phaser replacement. But you just never know. I plan to keep the Mustang past the 5 year / 60,000 mile mark, so I went ahead and got the Ford ESP, granted, the price for it has gone up a good bit, but I have the 8 year / 100,000 mile coverage now. In my mind, worth it, especially with all the tech that comes on these vehicles nowadays.
