How did yours depart from New Boston so soon? Mine as been at New Boston for a week now.

No idea. My car showed shipped from Ford on 8/18. I spoke with the transport company who said they delivered it to New Boston on 8/18. Then on 8/21 Ford gave me the rail car number and I was able to track the train which left the evening of 8/21.

Ah, maybe you got lucky with having a train going to Georgia at the same time your car arrived there. I think I'm waiting or for a train going towards Maryland/Virginia.

My train stopped in Ohio, then Louisville, Kentucky and then on to Jacksonville, Florida. I’m sure it is just a matter of how quickly there is a train going your direction with space.

My car is currently on a CSX train headed to Jacksonville, Florida, which is scheduled to arrive Wednesday, August 30. Guess what else is now predicted to arrive on Wednesday? A hurricane!!! Hopefully it ends up as a tropical storm or less. We’ll have to wait and see how it impacts my delivery. Is anyone else’s car on the same train?

No. In fact I just checked the rail car status and it arrived in Baldwin, Florida on Saturday. The eta was 8/30, but it actually arrived 8/26. I'm hoping it gets delivered to my dealer either today or tomorrow before the storm comes through.

That’s awesome man! Thank you for the contact info, I called today and the car was loaded early this morning. I have an eta from today through Sept. 6. I’m heading to Mustang week next week with my S550’s so with my luck it’ll show up while I’m out of state.

Did you get your car yet? I just found out mine is due in Orlando September 5 at 9pm. Looks like I’ll have to pick it up Monday after we get back from Mustang Week. Such is my luck.

Not yet. Yesterday Ford said delivery no later than 9/2. This morning the online tracker just shifted my estimated delivery to 9/4-9/17 (it was 8/24-9/6 yesterday). So, I have no idea what is going on other than it is sitting in Baldwin waiting on the hurricane to come through.

For those in FL, if not already aware, the following is occurring on the west coast: diesel fuel loaded in gas station ground tanks by mistake. I've not read of incidents in other areas of the state.
