I used 18
There are only two phillip screws on the front side of the shifter holding it on, I put a shop cloth down and magnetized my bit just in case I were to drop a screw. they are very small. It helps to put the shifter in M to remove them.
Thanks for the advice! I started the car when I got home yesterday and let it run for 5 minutes or so. 6.3.2 was there and there was an additional update downloading. edit: 6.4 was successfully updated as of last night sometime.
I haven't received the update either. In my case it may be because I have not driven it in a few weeks so it goes into a "sleep mode" to conserve battery
I kept telling my wife I wasn't going to track this car, but I ordered it with PP anyway because I do like the extra features...magneride, AVE, staggered wheel set up, etc. Well, that didn't last long, taking it to Daytona June 20 for TNIA session. Moral of the story...you just never know what's...
Look under your dash next to the center console, you will see the footwell light. I unplugged it and removed it to tie my wires in. No the pigtail on the harness is not long enough you will have to add about two feet of wire
Awesome! They gave you chrome lug nuts with your NPP. š¤£ What's funny is my first car had chrome lug nuts, when the replacement came it had black ones. Don't have NPP so I don't know why they were black this time, but they look better.
The USB in the mirror is a huge plus! Bought a splitter to plug in radar detector and dash cam. Very clean and a lot less work than the S550 where I had to wire tap the mirror for the radar and run my cable for the dash cam all the way down to the ODB plug.
No, youāll need to splice on an additional 2ā of wire. I thought and read the same thing, but when I removed the cupholder and physically compared it to the Lincoln one it was smaller. That is the biggest reason for a not so perfect fit. So, I had to notch out some areas on the Lincoln cupholder...
Ok, so I did the install yesterday, unfortunately I didnāt get pictures as there really arenāt many needed. Once you get started itās pretty straightforward. Although I would recommend getting the S550 cup holder, the Lincoln one is larger and modifications need to be made. Other than that, it...
Hey guys! Quick question, if you have tracked your car, how did the brakes hold up? I ask this because when I tracked my 18 PP car the rubber brake lines weren't very good. By the end of the second session they were soft and spongy, the rubber lines couldn't take the abuse. I put SS lines on it...
I will. I'm just waiting for the cup holder to arrive. Yes, that is the Lincoln cup holder. INSANEMUSTANG9 installed the S550 cup holder, the difference is LED ring placement. Lincoln is on the bottom, Mustang is near the top. Definitely gives a different lighting effect. All in for around $150.
