I skimmed it for now and they talk about horsepower and acceleration times. Maybe you'll get a slight increase on the track. MPG? I didn't see any more... still right around 21.5-22.0.Car & Driver did a study back in 2019, which may or may not still be relevant today, as cars and gasoline have changed considerably since then. But, even back in 2019, the findings were impressive and supported the notion......higher octane is better.

This stood out for me, though:
Stephen Russ, senior technical leader for gas engines at Ford, says this normal knock is usually detected and addressed within one or two combustion cycles and poses no threat to the engine.
For me... 93 provides nothing. For others... maybe it is better.
