huh? we're talking EV adoption rates. How are any of the factors I listed NOT major influencers in those metrics? Another recent study found that people who buy EV drive only half as many annual miles as people who buy ICE. Living in major metro areas normally comes with lousy parking, easy public transport be it bus/rail, and most trips limited to 20 miles or less.

It's also much easier for wealthy people to buy things for the express purpose of using them to project a certain image.
