Yes and with how definitive the wording is, I actually considered this might even be a windup rather than a genuine mistake / small oversight ...

In the UK the EB (when they sold it here) got 4 pots and the GT got the 6 pots both as standard - I only thought it was the GT that was different to USDM :like:

If we build a kit car over here, it can only be registered once its fully built and has been approved to the appropriate regulations i.e. complete with lights / mirrors etc and tested for emissions / noise etc :like:
