Obviously I couldn't buy one.
But when I bought the GT, the only thing I missed about the old car was the 7 speed DSG.
So I'd be up for that.

I've got garage and budget for one toy, and that toy will be a Manual until I can't do it. The Whipple kit also helps the new model envy.

But if I tracked the car, and wanted a 800 HP car that I could beat the piss out of on the track I would be jelly. I just don't have the confidence I could do that with a Whipple DH.

They only thing I must have is those hood pins.

I keep entertaining it but then I remind myself of the time I traded my manual 1999 3000GT in for an auto 2010 370Z. I didn't last 2 months with that car before I grew so bored of the automatic and traded it in for my manual 2012 Mustang GT. My 6 speed Dark Horse may be slower than the autos and the new SC but it is an amazing driver's car.

Having recently jumped back in a manual with a GT that has exceeded my expectations, I’m definitely not giving it up. But I will give up something else to have a different experience…I’ll figure out what that is when I get there🙄

Hell No! The Tremec in the DH is the best manual I have ever driven by far, as Ghastly said, such a drivers car. Maybe one day a ESS Supercharger but it's really not needed as the Tune I have makes the car plenty fast and I have other hobbies to blow my money on.

There’s a company that did conversions for manual 6 speeds on DCT GT 500s, I’m sure it will work be available if anyone seriously wants a 3rd pedal

I concluded that a car's personality is even more important than performance, and style. I love the 6 speed GT. I loved C3 Corvettes, 3rd Gen Firebirds, 6th and 3rd generation Chargers and Challengers. It took a lot of money and mistakes to figure this out.

After having the tremec, I can’t imagine anything ever making feel that connected. Obviously the SC is going to be faster from a stock standpoint but at my stage of life, I just want something I can truly enjoy driving.

Am in the same boat. Biggest and baddest isn’t always the solution. Nice for bragging.

Dark Horse, 6 speed, handling package, Whipple, and never ending grin. Checks all the boxes for me.
and I love the everything about my car including the dark under the headlights.
Haters gotta hate though.
