There is a significant amount of bad reviews on factorymanuals.net (the site without the dash) on Reddit. The electronic file requires you to run a special program to tie it to your PC's CPU.

So has anyone else had good success with www.factory(dash)manuals.com . It appears you pay them first and then they ask for your VIN - which seems odd.

Ive used them twice. I got my 2020 f150 manual with no problems, i got the 24 mustang manual, they sent me the wrong one at first, but after a couple of days, they immediately sent me the correct manual. They fixed the mistake more than 90 days after I purchased, so I would say the .com site is legit. The .net site seams like a scam site. The .com site, input your vin and they email you a link to download the manual. I recommend downloading it twice and storing a backup copy. If you do buy it spend a few minutes double checking that it applies to you. I have a manual and they sent me a guide for an automatic. They fixed it, but I would double check to catch it early

My service - repair manual from www.factory-manuals.com arrived - 860 Mb and 16000+ pages. As several mentioned above it is basic (has basic diagrams, mentions most torque values) and it has a TAble of Contents. Searching for simple things like transmission filter replacement takes several minutes and the word/name may not match. But for $69 it will serve me well as a guidance document. Thanks again community.

Need to see what wires are for Heated cooled seats upper/lower for positive/negative. I believe I also need to see what wires are for Ted. Have info 2018-2023 but these wires are different.
Also need to bypass by the memory module to have the sets move. Have power to the driver seat and it moves in inches.

Thank you!!! Let me know what I owe you. Just some back ground info. Have been daily driving my car since 2000 and my wife bought me 2024 leather heated cooled seats for my birthday. Trying to figure out how to wire them. Car means the world to me.
