This may be a bit long.
I got the car August 30th didn’t see any issues while looking over the car. When I got home I noticed that my driver side quarter window was seriously scratched, deep enough the feel with a finger nail.
I told the dealer that which they ordered a new window. The first one came in broken, so they ordered a new one.
The second window came in a week or two later and was fine. So got the car in today to get it replaced along with fixing a rock chip in the windshield that happened a few days ago.
Let’s start with good news first, the rock chip on the windshield got fixed for free. The bad news while replacing the window the guy scratched my car inside and out.
The dealer is looking into having a glass shop to fix it and they will pay for it.
