Why do you think this will effect sale and delivery?
this is a compliance recall, which is one of a couple types that freeze sales on the affected vehicles. Ford even says this:
S650 Mustang New recall: water intrusion into BCM and connectors (25C43/25V546) 1756279309778-lq

I had a pretty good leak on the passenger side lower left window seal when it was brand new. I believe they replaced that triangle part and the seals with it. Not sure if that has anything to do with the recall but just checked on the Ford site and mine is under the recall.

At least they aren’t blaming it on faulty gas station pumps (gm)

here is the information on affected vehicles and the reason
1756279019279-lp.png

i've managed to avoid a few recalls, but this one got me. however, i can say that even in some pretty intense rain plus a fair few trips through a car wash, i've had no issues with lighting or the BCM. it's very important to remember that just because a recall like this comes out doesn't mean everyone will have it happen, or that it will now suddenly start happening

NHTSA is generally good at posting their safety reports.

The 25C43 (Ford) / 25V546 (NHTSA) recall has yet to be listed.

I'd expect to see NHTSA's write-up to be posted in a few business days.

I guess it's just for the NA market right? Coz it's not spread around (yet).

No, I was talking about the recall rules (or law). So a recall in NA, may be different in EU (and may hit the EU customers later.. or never.. according to the local law).

S197s could have water intrusion through the firewall into ECMs if the owners were dumba$$es and allowed their engine firewall drains (2) to get full of dirt. Another water issue (not owners fault but common to many convertibles) is water getting into rear quarter panel compartments. A fix for most was to use a sharpened piece of dowel to poke two holes through the caulking bead at the bottom of the compartment joint or to open drain holes in some convertibles. As for our 650s I don't see how this random issue would prevent delivery of the vehicles.
Yes, it was clogged firewall drains contributing to the problem, but I think they also had issues with bad door window seals.

However the problem would persist regardless.

Please do tell what is that about? My DH has an issue where it stops pumping every 5 seconds. The pump thinks the gas tank is full. This happened on day 1. Only way to avoid this is to rotate the handle 90 degree or upside down. I took it to the dealer any they replaced a sensor twice and still happens every now and then. Dealer blamed it on the pump too

Indeed, but for some reason, certain recalls that hits the US (maybe because the law is more strict there) doesn't hit the EU, or at least they are not mandatory, so the "issue" is fixed only if there's a problem (not for everything.. depending of what the local law consider a safety issue or not). Between I didn't received any message (yet).

Still, nobody has identified which BCM?
which BCM drives all the tail lights, I'm assuming trunk?
I want to take apart and look for myself
