Women were involved in the development and marketing of the first Mustang, Emeline King was the first female designer at Ford in the 1980's involved with the Mustang design specifically, although there were women in the design office and development (not just typists!)

For example, by 1958 Ford had five women stylists working at the Advanced Styling Studio, including Helen Vincent and Sally Eaton.

Men have a tendency to buy both what they want and what women like.

Did you miss in 1965 when sales of Mustangs were through the roof because they appealed to females and not just the traditional male Ford drivers.

You think it is logical that only a man can design a car that appeals to a man? You had better do a bit of research on that subject to correct your misunderstanding.

Warning this image may offend your agenda! Michelle Christensen - the designer of the Honda NSX

Honda/Acura made a total of 2,908 second generation NSX’s. That is beyond abysmal. You have to try to be that bad.
It would seem Honda had it’s “Bud Light” experiment and it blew up with this woman at the helm.

Once again - random words based on fresh air.
Who was doing the buying when the secretaries were assisting the executives ? Men design trucks women dig cars (hey wait that assumes alot) but i suspect you know what i mean unless we really are just cavemen playing with fire.

How is it that they have zero insight? Women buy more Mustangs than any other Ford vehicle. And just because they don't have majority ownership, doesn't mean they lack the skill to do a job. I mean cmon man. This is just an awful take. If you have problems with women, take it somewhere else. This isn't an incel group.
This is total BS!
Women buy more Explorers, Edges, Escapes, F150s, and Bronco Sports than Mustangs.
When posting an opinion try to use logic first. If Ford only made 44k Mustangs last year and you gave women 50% of them (they didn’t buy 50%) that only leaves 22k cars to be had by women.

And what's your source on this?

I’ll make this common sense easy. Ford sold over 460k F150s last year. IF and only if women bought 5% of the F150s- 23k (we know it higher than 5%) that number is higher than HALF of all Mustangs sold last year.
Dude if you are going to state an opinion try to made it believable.

And if you are going to state your opinion back it up by facts. Of which you have none per usual.

You act like that's worse than the first generation NSX

They weren't trying to sell 100,000 or even 10,000 of those things

Ok sure. Post your “fact” that women buy more Mustangs than any other Ford’s. This will be good. Post the numbers I’m waiting.

The car was ahead of it's time being a hybrid when they were not common. Volume doesn't determine success - Ferrari, Aston Martin, Lamborghini don't chase volume.

As to your comment about Michelle Christensen - she seems to be doing very well for herself so people in the industry don't share your misogynistic views.
