Women were involved in the development and marketing of the first Mustang, Emeline King was the first female designer at Ford in the 1980's involved with the Mustang design specifically, although there were women in the design office and development (not just typists!)

How is it that they have zero insight? Women buy more Mustangs than any other Ford vehicle. And just because they don't have majority ownership, doesn't mean they lack the skill to do a job. When posting an opinion try to use logic first. If Ford only made 44k Mustangs last year and you gave women 50% of them (they didn’t buy 50%) that only leaves 22k cars to be had by women.

I’ll make this common sense easy. Ford sold over 460k F150s last year. IF and only if women bought 5% of the F150s- 23k (we know it higher than 5%) that number is higher than HALF of all Mustangs sold last year.

The car was ahead of it's time being a hybrid when they were not common. Volume doesn't determine success - Ferrari, Aston Martin, Lamborghini don't chase volume.

As to your comment about Michelle Christensen - she seems to be doing very well for herself so people in the industry don't share your misogynistic views.
