Dude. Reading your posts is like trying to follow a pinball on meth. Do us a favor and take a break.
Im honestly not trying to bust your balls, but you just proved my point with this post. Everyone who disagrees with you is not being negative for the sake of being negative. You just can't seem to get your head around a different opinion. Sorry your so bothered. Cheers.
Did you miss in 1965 when sales of Mustangs were through the roof because they appealed to females and not just the traditional male Ford drivers.“Grow up”? Did you miss the part where I said the large majority of performance Mustang buyers are males? You think it’s LOGICAL for a company to assign a female to design a product when the majority of the customer base are males? That’s like having a House Painter be your Architect. Oh, but her dog’s name is Shelby, that makes it all better.
And since you also mentioned tariffs….should I address you as She/Her or He/Him or Them/They? So obvious.![]()
It was also a brand new car at the time. Heck, even class of car.Did you miss in 1965 when sales of Mustangs were through the roof because they appealed to females and not just the traditional male Ford drivers.
You think it is logical that only a man can design a car that appeals to a man? You had better do a bit of research on that subject to correct your
Quality post. I clearly pointed out that majority of buyers of performance Mustangs are male. How is that wrong? Why would someone that has zero insight into this market design a quality product?Give the guy credit. It's hard to be misogynistic, ignorant, and nonsensical in the same post.![]()
You randomly know…painters that are architects?Know several painters that are good architects. Maybe had a woman updated the 24-25 they would not be butt ugly iPad holders.
Nice try snowflake with the slippery political ending.
Bottom line, 24-25 Mustang ‘want-a-be’ are over priced ugly cars.
No one bought that though. Guess not many soccer moms wanted a 150k turd.Did you miss in 1965 when sales of Mustangs were through the roof because they appealed to females and not just the traditional male Ford drivers.

How is it that they have zero insight? Women buy more Mustangs than any other Ford vehicle. And just because they don't have majority ownership, doesn't mean they lack the skill to do a job. I mean cmon man. This is just an awful take. If you have problems with women, take it somewhere else. This isn't an incel group.Quality post. I clearly pointed out that majority of buyers of performance Mustangs are male. How is that wrong? Why would someone that has zero insight into this market design a quality product?
Why do women have zero insight? Get real.Quality post. I clearly pointed out that majority of buyers of performance Mustangs are male. How is that wrong? Why would someone that has zero insight into this market design a quality product?
You are confusing profession with gender. Gender has nothing to do with the ability to do a job such as design, neurosurgery or electrical work. Your attitude was left behind 50 years ago by most people fortunately. You randomly know…painters that are architects?Ok…let me give you another example…that’s like a Neurosurgeon trying to be an Electrician.
Do you now know Neurosurgeons that are great Electricians?![]()
But I was referring to design - that is a fabulous looking car and not a 'turd'.No one bought that though. Guess not many soccer moms wanted a 150k turd.
The second-generation NSX's twin-turbo V6 paired with its hybrid-electric powertrain made it good for 573 horsepower and 476 lb-ft of torque, placing it in the same category as cars like the Lamborghini Huracan and McLaren 570S. While the NSX was praised for its performance and versatile demeanor, it was never able to truly keep up with its non-hybrid competition. In a 2017 Car and Driver test, the second-gen NSX was outperformed by the Audi R8 V-10, McLaren 570S, and Porsche 911 Turbo S.
It is important to remember that when the second-gen NSX was released in 2016, hybrid supercars were still uncommon and the NSX's $157,800 base price was a lot to pay for an Acura that was attempting something new. Like with the first-generation NSX, demand for the second-gen just wasn't there. In the six years that the NSX was available, between 2016 and 2022, Acura only sold 2,548 units. Acura cited poor sales numbers and a desire to shift focus to electric vehicles as the reasons for the model's discontinuation.

Women were involved in the development and marketing of the first Mustang, Emeline King was the first female designer at Ford in the 1980's involved with the Mustang design specifically, although there were women in the design office and development (not just typists!)lol
It was also a brand new car at the time. Heck, even class of car.
I can bet you there weren't designers of that car that were women. Secretaries maybe.
