X-plan for 2024 GT / Dark Horse?

I know there is a sticky x-plan thread, but I do not see a full answer to some questions I had. Can you use an X-plan while pre-ordering a new car before release, such as when order banks first open?

assuming your dealer is participating in ABXD. I very much doubt DarkHorse will be eligible period, just like M1/GT350/500 were excluded.

Ah, I knew gt350/500 were, i was unaware that Mach 1s were. Thanks.

I was able to use X-Plan when order banks first opened for the 2015 Mustang so I'd assume it would be the same for the 2024 Mustang as well. Not sure about the Dark Horse though.

Yeah I am thinking DH is not going to be available with xplan since mach 1 was not.

Mach 1s and higher models were also excluded from many cash back offers and other like discounts.

I have a local dealer taking my order on X plan on March 20 so they can submit it as soon as possible. Asked for no dealer prep other than tint (AZ). Should be a fun process.

My Sales guy is checking but I ordered a 2022 Mach-E GT Performance Edition and waited 10.5 Months and when it finally arrived I was able to use the x-Plan.

X-plan shouldn't be an issue on a GT according to a few local dealers I spoke with. X-plan isn't all that great though, just a few thousand off (and it limits dealer fees), so with the kickback most dealers will take it (better than MSRP, though for sure). I may wait a few months, and order in the late summer, and try for a better deal, and use X-plan as a backup.
