Maybe something new since Chevy is pumping out twin turbo flat plane crank hybrids…
Absolutely. And GM waited the day before of this “new” release to show their car pushing a 8.67!quarter mile.

Now that’s funny. You should change your screen name to “BaddNomad”. 🤣😂
Hey you know it’s possible with how Shelby does things.

“Hey it has a DCT, a supercharged 5.2 like people asked….. and WE’RE GIVING IT TO OUR CUSTOMERS.” *points at the csm number*

You’ll still see the running horse badge on the steering wheel and everything.

Personally could care less about the name.
Time to move on. Dark Horse is badass .
Love the car. Hate the name. Boss, Mach 1, and Cobra are badass. I dont understand why Ford chose to abandon recognizable tradition for something so milk toast. But apparently thats the only new name for every specialty variant now. 🙁

This is a very mildly updated GT500.

Cup2 R? Needed the latest tire as this car HAS to outperform the GT500. I doubt the rotors are carbon, likely a two piece aluminum hat with a steel ring. With a CF wheel, what is likely a CF wing, this car has to be in the 120 to 125k range.

I'd also guess 50 to 90 lbs heavier than the GT500 CFTP. If it came in lighter it would be a total shocker.

Horsepower? 780ish. I don't see over 800.

Next gen mag damper? Similar spring rates and bar diameters? Let's see all the data!!
