it’s a tough spot.. if a base DHSC could be say 89k, I can get onboard… if it goes to 110k plus for base… people are gonna stretch for a ZR1.. the performance gap is worth it

Love the car. Hate the name. Boss, Mach 1, and Cobra are badass. I dont understand why Ford chose to abandon recognizable tradition for something so milk toast. But apparently thats the only new name for every specialty variant now.

This is a very mildly updated GT500.

Cup2 R? Needed the latest tire as this car HAS to outperform the GT500. I doubt the rotors are carbon, likely a two piece aluminum hat with a steel ring. With a CF wheel, what is likely a CF wing, this car has to be in the 120 to 125k range.

I'd also guess 50 to 90 lbs heavier than the GT500 CFTP. If it came in lighter it would be a total shocker.

Horsepower? 780ish. I don't see over 800.

Next gen mag damper? Similar spring rates and bar diameters? Let's see all the data!!
