Hey everyone! Thought I’d post a review that could help people going forward for a more street friendly setup on their S650 along with some pictures of how the car currently sits. First off I have a base 300A 2024 GT. Only options are the 10speed, and NPP.

Suspension Set Up:
-Ford Performance Street Lowering Springs
-Ford Performance Strut Tower Brace
-Ford Performance Track Sway Bars
-Ford Performance Camber Plates
-Ford Performance Rear Toe Link Kit
-Steeda Pro Action Non Adjustable Shocks and Struts
-Steeda IRS Subframe Alignment Kit
-Steeda IRS Subframe Bushing Support Kit

Wheels:
SVE SP2 19x10, 19x11

Tires:
Continental Extreme Contact Sport 02’s in 285/35/19, and 305/35/19.

After having this completed (to me) set up for maybe a month already I can say from stock, to just springs, to what I have now is wow! The car has a less bouncy/floaty feel. It feels way more planted than before. The ride is a bit more harsher but it’s not bad whether you drive the car as a daily or weekend driver. Now when it comes to driving spiritedly and on the twists and turns the car handles amazing, there’s hardly any body roll and I feel like I can actually keep my speed on turns without feeling like I’m about to lose control. The FP sway bars are adjustable and they only have 2 settings/holes which is stiff and soft. I have mine on soft for both and even then it still feels great when pushing the car. Haven’t tried it on the stiffest setting or messed around with different set ups to see how it changes the way the car feels and handles but so far I am loving this set up. It isn’t too much but just enough to where if I want to take it every once in a while to the track I am sure the car will do well. I figured I’d post this for those who would rather have a street friendly set up without doing too much or get inspiration from it. I made this somewhat based off what Ford offered for a street handling kit on the S550 but I did add a few things to it. Any questions ask away!

How much front poke with those tires and what offsets? And does it need extra front camber to prevent rub? Car looking good.

It’s not too much poke. It sits flush with the fender. They’re +35 fronts and +50 rears. I didn’t have any rubbing issues before the camber plates at least not with these springs. Thank you!

Ride looks great. I am
In DFW maybe we can do a meet up.

Did you notice a big difference adding the shocks compared to the street springs on OEM shocks?

I just bought the springs and thinking about adding shocks at the same time.

Trying to decide between pro-active and non adjustable pro-action.

Thank you! Loving how it currently sits. I’d be down for a DFW meet up. Gives me more reason to drive the car lol

For sure the shocks made a huge difference. Springs alone help but once I added the Steeda shocks it helped big time with the bounciness and floatiness of the car. Also helped with the body roll too. Once I drove around that way I was like let me add the sway bars to add that finishing touch and it’s great now.

I’d recommend doing it all at once if you can. Just so you won’t take everything apart and put it back together. Saves you time and money.

Very nice. It reminds me of what I did to my S550, which was not a performance pack car. I used a different assortment of parts (Bilstein dampers, BMR springs and cradle lockout kit, GT350 sway bars, Ford Performance toe links, Steeda wheels, etc.), but my objectives and results were very similar to yours. My S650 is a PP with magneride, so I'm only going to change out the springs and wheels/tires.

In DFW maybe we can do a meet up.
I’d be down for a DFW meet up.
I'd join that DFW meet up.
There's one coming up on March 22. We have them every month in Grapevine. No issue that it's the DFWs550s group. S650s are welcome. :)

Anyone know a great shop to paint match In DFW?

Want to get a new rear wing but want to match to my Grabber Blue.
I feel like grabber blue might be tough to match Now that it’s metallic.

There is a seller on eBay that probably sells a grabber blue PP wing with the spoiler module and costs around 300-400$. Unless you have a different wing then never mind since I don’t know of a paint shop in the area.

Try AAC Auto Center in Arlington. They work with performance cars. They did a good job painting the front bumper of my S550.

This is their Facebook page. They have posts showing some of their work.
