Roush S650 Mustang test car?
I'm guessing here, but I think that is a testing car for the '21/'22 Roush Stage 3 cars. Has the RS3 fender vents and RS3 grill. That is what makes me believe it's a Roush car in testing.- Stage_3

I'm pretty sure we're all not going to have a choice in electric vehicles or gas powered vehicles. Unless you want to drive a used car.
