Yes I did around 1000 km of only moderate acceleration uphill and engine braking downhill, had to refill about one and a half quart of oil after that. Went in for first oil change at around 1500km and first inspection.

Indeed the pedal arrangement sucked on the RHD and its slightly canted to the right. I got some pedals from UltimatePedals but haven't install them yet.

Turned it off the moment I got the car but it is a nice feature to have.

I don't think they are underrated but they wake up after a proper tune. With their latest changes I'm not at all surprised they are even more potent than the one on my Focus.

Definitely not a Focus RS if you are thinking of having a baby seat in there. I have one sitting in the garage, the interior is small for a hatchback. I have rattles from rear view mirror panel that housed the camera, behind A pillar, behind LCD dash and somewhere from driver side rear. exterior wise, front bumper wasn’t properly secured on one side and plastic panel behind door is 3mm off the body. Going thru buyer’s remorse at the moment...

I use my Karcher HD5/12, the hose is tangle resistant and the gust of wind from the water pressure is good for pushing stuff away but I don’t foam cannon so can’t comment on that. They do sell the part for it.

Mine’s a manual but this is certainly interesting. How does the car not get confused between wanting to drop gears vs whatever situations that entails throttle double press?

Coincidentally another owner is having this same issue on the other thread. His is a manual.

I think it works fine, I had mine set to the middle setting whatever it is. The two times it triggered are both times when I had to swerve left or right aggressively when I’m 3 to 5 feet away from the car in front of me.

Doubt it, even a forced induction car is not easy to gain 80hp with just a tune let alone a NA.

That’s my MTE on RON97 on my rhd GT, no idea why.
