Yep, though it won’t look as clean as if they just ditched the eye makeup to begin with because of the extra lines involved in putting the pieces there.

I just don’t get what the designers were going for there, and I haven’t met anyone that genuinely thinks it looks good. I like the design of the DH front end otherwise, and it’s my favorite front fascia of the three.
I think the general idea was to make the ninja-mask look that mimics older pony/muscle cars. Somewhat akin to what you find on the Camaro and Challenger, or more closely the MY10-12 S197.

They just went for a cost effective route that utilizes graphics and is less surface intensive.

That makes sense, I suppose, but unfortunately it just doesn’t work for me. I think the front end would look great if that piece just wasn’t there and it was a body colored section of the front fascia like on the GT and Ecoboost. It’s not completely hideous to me, it just is a bit needlessly complicated IMO.

Saw that new Brad Pitt movie last weekend, Bullet Train. It was hilarious. He's basically a hit man that has, through therapy, become more in touch with his feelings. One of the best lines was "Hurt people hurt people" Get it? Anyway, that's how I view people hating on S650.
Really? That's your view? I think you forgot the 'lol' or smiley face at the end of that post.

I've been waiting to see a Dark Horse in black, and it looks pretty good. I still wish the eye black wasn't there, but whatever--I'm sure the aftermarket will come up with some good solutions.

Came across some great shots on IG from around the time of the reveal that do a great job of showing off the S650's lines.

Love that first and last pic. The issue with a lot of the pics is they make the car look washed out. It makes the side seem bland, and kinda flabby. But that photo does an excellent job showing just how muscular and strongly sculpted the sides really are.
