I’ll add to this, make it an electrochromic glass roof. Lots of cars have this option now including the ‘26 C6
Just imagine, origami glass and you’ve got a full time convertible.

How about a Mustang wagon? :) I've noticed younger enthusiasts seem to love wagons.

Options like 4-doors, wagons, and hybrid variants might be key to the longer term survival of the Mustang, but I think it's highly doubtful any of that is coming with the next mid cycle refresh.

Not sure how much i fit into the Younger crowd, but i know the mustang age range is WIDE
But after 38 years of never having a Kid and thinking it couldn't happen and buying my first new mustang finally, God went hold my beer and now I'm like well SHIT so a 4 door or a Wagon would be great LOL

I'd love a hatchback version with rear seats deleted for better trunk practicality and better weight distribution.
Kind of this Z4 concept

Make one of those plastic crystal thingys that hang from the mirror an option. I swear, some people would do it. It would help me know quicker who to not drive near.

On a more serious not, Ford needs to take a break and work on figuring out where their system is failing on the recall issue. People are getting fed up with it. Secondly, ditch the rear seat.....really, man, get rid of it and put some useable space and cut some cost and weight from the car.

Any clues lately regarding MY2027 refresh/facelift? Or when might we find out?

Seems like it would make sense, and S550 got refreshed after 3yr, so it's about time. Trying to decide whether to trade/upgrade for a discounted leftover '25 or new '26 or wait a year for refresh.

Remember 87-93, not many changes, but wheels, airbags, and horn buttons. But who knows. :)

True, the S550 was refreshed after 3 years, but it ended up being a 9 year run. It wouldn't surprise me if Ford waited another year.

I don’t think they should, but because they’re cheap I think they will wait another year for a refresh unfortunately

I haven't seen any clues yet, but I've been keeping my eyes open. When they do the mid-cycle refresh, I wonder if they will leave all the engines as they are? Since the Dark Horse SC uses a supercharged 5.2 V8, I wonder if Ford has given thought to giving the regular Dark Horse a naturally aspirated version of the 5.2. Keep the GT with the same 5.0 it has had, and give the GT Performance Pack the 500 hp 5.0 that is in the current Dark Horse.

Whatever else they change, I hope they keep Adriatic Blue for a few years, and that it isn't a one-year-only color.

Early rumors saw a refresh in 25/26 as a MY26 or year 2026 including the delayed launch. However, I start doubting that a refresh has any meaningful impact on sales and is therefore not imminent.

I haven't seen any interior changes to the DarkHorse SC so I doubt we'll see a refresh for the base/GT version and not for the SC car. I also doubt that Ford will refresh the SC shortly after its release... Henceforth something tells me that no meaningful refresh is coming anytime soon... Maybe we get some slightly updated bumpers but I would hardly call that a refresh...

As of right now I would assume that no refresh is imminent. 'Mules' should be out by now for a MY27 and again, with the SC just around the corner with no meaningful changes I assume it will stay like that for the next 2+ years.
