S650 5.0 Repair

I ran over a curb and messed my whole front right side up everything else is good nothing on the left or rear but just wondering if the car will drive the same after repairing the right side it’s already in the shop and should be done in about 2 weeks.

Going about 110 thank god it wasn’t as bad as it could’ve been.But yea i took it to a really good shop that mostly work on sports and luxury cars so hopefully everything is good after.

That should be repairable. Suspension parts and panels are easy. It's just any damage to frame,rails etc gets a bit more complicated. But they have eqipment to pull things straight on a jig.
Interestingly, when my MX5 had an inadvertant rear intrusion by a driver who was busy watching a hottie on rollerblades, I took it tomy repairer who was amazed at how hard it was to tweak the rear frame rails. He reckoned it was built like a tank.

First glad you're okay OP. Second... you're a dumbass. You were going 110 and obviously not on a highway based on where your car is sitting. If you were doing that in a residential neighborhood you're an even bigger dumbass.

500hp may be a bit much for you lol

It should, i busted a rear right knuckle on a c6 once and it was fine after the repair.

Put these cars in the hands of someone who doesn't know them, this is what may happen......

You'll want the geometry checked very closely once the repair is complete as slight inconsistencies on one corner can lead to interesting handling characteristics and potentially more kamikaze curbs jumping out at you.

it was a straightaway at night time when i was racing a scatpack no one was on the road and last second before i could even stop i hit the curb and got a tow truck to bring it back to my house.
