I based this on the white dark horse. Gives it a more aggressive but a better overall look.

Looks like an RTR front end.

I don't think that's going to work as is. Definitely needs a different hood.

I have a bad feeling there won't be a Shelby this gen - at least not directly from Ford.

Always interested in what Shelby American will offer though. Wider front fenders like on the Super Snake would, in my opinion, make the front end my more appealing, while also taking attention away from the Camaro-esque reach haunches.

If the Dark Horse is any indication, it does seem that Ford is now willing to change it up. As a current GT 500 and previous GT 350 owner I hope the relationship continues. If not, I would be perfectly happy owning a Cobra. As a child of the 80's and 90's SVT brings back fond memories.

Mach 1 replaced the GT350. With Dark House already available, I wouldn't bet that we will see a GT350 replacement soon.

I don't think Shelby is allowing ford to utilize the name anymore. This is why the Darkhorse moniker has been introduced.

We certainly won't see another FPC V8, and I doubt Ford's going to develop any new engines from scratch. With the Dark Horse effectively slotting in as a Mach 1/GT350 hybrid, an actual GT350 would doubtlessly require another of Ford's pre-existing V8s.

Since we're on the subject, I don't see how the S650 can offer a Boss 302 either because again, it appears the Dark Horse fills that void perfectly. A boss 429, on the other hand... 😈

Source?

If so, great, as I'd rather not pay for the name (former SVT owner here who lamented 60 y/o's paying a premium to relive their high school days)

The twin TB separated IM screams traditional flat plane crank. Lets hope, might get past the fugly.
