Definitely looks better than the 2018+ cars to me, but I do wish the headlights had a bit more character to them whether it's with the gills or something. 2.5 days left!

@chazcron has done their damndest in creating the closest rendering to the real deal, but I got to say it's some nonsense how the greater online public continually prove to be uber obtuse and stubborn with their ignorance.

Ford has really done a good job keeping it under wraps.

While the accuracy of my front end renders (base and GT) are largely unimpeachable, I wasn’t completely off base with my rear. I’ve always stated I only had information about the tail light bucket itself. My interpretation of my sourceā€˜s description was pretty accurate.

While the one photo of the rear end it doesn’t do the tail lamp assembly much justice, I hope closer photos will reveal a touch of elegance. still, I find this tail light design execution to be clumsy, at best. I like the vertical design of the tail lights, but the black base leaves much to be desired. although I never rendered it, I held out hope that the bottom half of the tail light would be integrated directly into the bodywork.

Personally, I find the integration of the bottom half of the Mach-E taillights to be much more sophisticated.

Kudos chazcron, you nailed it again. Someone just posted a better picture of the rear end in this thread. Personally I think it looks amazing.

Now how about some renderings with some mods - pretty please...

In my earliest GT renderings, I did put a black insert in the lower outer grill, like the base has. But I removed it when I couldn’t see any evidence of it in the leaked image. I think the final integration is very clean.

I have to do a deep clean this weekend due to some guest arrivals and I’m taking a much deserved week’s vacation, so there won’t be any mods for a while.

The taillight modules are similar to 2004 Mustang (all one piece).
