Daily. It’s why I bought the convertible. It has about an extra inch of headroom when closed and it’s a non issue when the top is down. My kids love it though I wouldn’t put anyone with particularly long legs back there.Weighing my options between a S550 Mach 1 and an S650 Dark Horse, I wonder how much people will hate the backseat. I do have some friends on the shorter side, seems like around 5'8" or so is when peoples' heads start touching the headliner?
I insisted on the 401 package so i coudl set the memory position to cover when my kids are in the back seat. Wish both sides had the memory setting. We've had 1 or 2 kids in back several times this year. One is a 5'6" girl, the other is a 5'7" boy growing an inch a month at the moment. If someone is behind me, either as the driver or passenger, I can't move my seat back as far as I usually do, but there's still enough room for my 6'1" frame.
We'll have to get an SUV for my wife once our older kids start having kids, since my car is a GTO and neither is suitable for infant car seats. I know it can be done since I was able to strap an infant seat in my '87 Camaro, but my wife isn't going to wrench her back trying those gymnastics.
So, name another convertible that seats more than 2 and doesn't cost more than the Mustang GT. Wife wanted a convertible, so she got a convertible.NEVER ... just read the above posts for the reason(s) why ..... LOL
If you need a back seat, buy something else.

I put my 8yr old back there once and a while if im driving it on a day I need to pick him up from school. Otherwise it stays empty. I dont think an adult can fit back there comfortably without their head hitting the back windshieldWeighing my options between a S550 Mach 1 and an S650 Dark Horse, I wonder how much people will hate the backseat.
