Just over 700 miles, mostly suburban moderate to light traffic with a once/week highway commute. So far, I have driven somewhat sedately but not cautiously; 22mpg total, with 24mpg since my last fill up over the last 150 miles.

I should have put the caveat that I never get good gas mileage this early in an engines life. Typically it takes me 1000-2000 miles before the engine settles in. That’s probably my biggest surprise. I replaced a 2020 Ford Explorer ST with my mustang and so far I’m getting right around the same gas mileage that I did with the Explorer with a much bigger engine. I’ll take that any day
It’s usually around 4,000 miles when it gets better.
Please remember we are using WINTER blend gasoline..
Less Miles per gallon.
IT is what it is.

I checked my mileage at around 1500 miles with a pen and paper and calculator. I don't trust the numbers on my dashboard. The screen reported 22.5 mpg and my calculating at the gas pump showed 19.6.

First fill up and had 16.8 on the dash, mathed it out to 16.90mpg driving easy (in my mind) was sure hoping to see near that 20mpg. My 2013 convertible routinely gets 34mpg on the highway.

The DH first 200 miles about 140 of that was highway remainder around town.

With premium, it's 14.8, which has been pretty consistent over 4 months. I think it depends on where you live too. I live in an urban area with hills and tons of stoplights and don't do a lot of freeway driving. So more often than not I'm not going faster than 35 MPH unless I get on the freeway.

When I took it on the highway, I got 20mpg. Around town, I'm getting about 15.9. I use only premium fuel right now.

95% heavy South Florida traffic (Miami) with lots of idling and I'm at 12.6 right now. I did do one 5 hr drive to North Tampa and was around 24-26mpg averaging 85mph but that quickly dropped once I returned to my regular routine.

Similar experience here, in Alexandria VA. mostly urban traffic, lots of Stop Signs and light on each corner...I'm at 13.1 now. But on weekend drives, I can get 26mpg (sometimes a bit more) on the highway...but that lasts only a few days as i return to the daily commute.

My first fill up, using a calculator and not relying on the instrument panel, came out around 14 MPG. The next fill up was 16 MPG. After that, 17-18 MPG. Granted, this is on winter blend gas. Vehicle has less than 2000 miles, but the mileage seems to slowly be going up. This is 90% city driving and using 87 Octane. I know some people will say using premium will net you better fuel economy due to the engine running more efficient. I may try this out during the summertime when we get non-winter blend gas.

So far, about similar gas mileage I was getting in my 2017 F-150 supercrew 3.5 EcoBoost with 4WD/FX4 and 20 inch OE wheels, but this car is a lot more fun and the exhaust note is way more intoxicating 😂
