Recent 2025's appear like below. One part number is PR3Z16103 (and PR3Z16102) for the entire fender liner with MANY revisions.

That's what mine looks like, built in April. The rule still applies, don't buy first model year of anything. Honestly good on Ford for addressing it. I didn't think they would. This forum was probably a significant influence on that.

Recently while browsing on another S650 forum, I came across a post describing what would appear to be a "design flaw" on at least the 2024 S560s. The post described and pictured "holes" in the fender liners ( both sides) directly behind the front wheels. The post went on to show the actual debris ( gravel, dirt, etc.) which had collected within the cavity in the area of the rocker panels. Of course, I felt compelled to examine my 2024 and sure enough there were two 2" X 2" holes in the liners that almost appeared as if they had been "cut" at the factory. Without remedy, there is little doubt that these would end being corrosion magnets.

I have set up an appointment with my Ford dealer for them to start a file on the issue in order to see exactly what Ford will do. The problem has existed with the S650s for so long that there are already companies out there selling fixes ( see DIYVAN.COM for an example). It would be advisable to inspect your '24 and probably '25 S650 to take preventative action. Not too difficult, simply get down and look behind the wheels. Stevie Wonder could see them. I intend to follow up after the dealer inspection for further guidance.
MORIDER,
As has been mentioned, there are a lot of posts about this issue. In the meantime, you can try what I did. In the following post, there is an explanation and pics of what I did. I am sure it won't be permanent, but it is quick, easy, and dirt cheap. Since almost all Mustang tires fill the wheel wells quite well, it is hardly noticeable. I added the tape on May 7, and it still looks like I installed it yesterday.

I came across a guy in Germany that sells some pretty nice looking fender liner covers that bolt on. Anyone have these or can vouch for them?

I bought these and installed. I was hesitant to mess with glue/jb-weld stuff and really glad I didn't go with the other solution.
Install is super simple on the garage floor, 10 minutes max. They stay in place, look good and mod is 100% reversible what I personally like a lot. Purchasing process was also top-notch. Recommend!

They are dirty on photos because they work! Photos are made couple of weeks after install.

Awesome. I ordered them last night. Its cheaper than that other version and I like that it's fits clean with no JB weld.

Do you know how wide are the holes? (in centimeters)

I'm thinking cover with a gorilla tape or similar in dark color and see the results before buy a covers.

What is the outcome from your dealer interaction?

The results will be no more garbage in the uncovered channels. Just get the covers and be over it. 👍

Dealers are still completely oblivious. Just cover them and move on. It doesn't need an episode of unsolved mysteries.

Agree 100%. The dealers will not be able to do anything until Ford comes out with a service bulletin and a fix. Don't hold your breath. Just fix it and move on.

Aside from slinking a vacuum into the hole, has anyone tried flushing it out with a pressure washer or even just a garden hose? Will the debris exit out towards the back of the car or is there no other hole back there? Just curious. TIA...

There is absolutely no need to use water to flush out that area. 🤦‍♂️ Use a vacuum if there is debris and block off the hole. People realky need to stop over thinking this.
