I don’t know if you’re referring to me but no I don’t have it backwards. Mine defaults to off on every start cold warm or hot. The only time it turns on is if I screw with the button which I don’t do anymore.

No most of "they" actually dont. Thats just the conservative fun house narrative from inside the bubble. Believe it or not, most people just want to save on gas and not be a slave to the oil industry and its arbitrary pricing. So weird right? I told her if we lived further north and got a lot more snow, we could still get her the EV as well since it's AWD and could be her daily driver except on nice warm days. No oil changes, just rotate tires and check the brakes, never buy gas for her EV, and gets over 100 mpg(e).
It's a bit of a pisstake Ryan. Don't take it personally. Like all pisstakes, there is an element of truth there. We took an Ev Uber recently, and he was raving on about never having to do maintenance on it. Just what I wanted to hear from a cab driver.
