The big problem here is Ford Australia's disinterest in selling vehicles other than Ranger or Everest. Those models are far more profitable, are a quicker turnaround from order to production to delivery. In other words, they require no effort to sell. So naturally, they also want to prioritize those sales, along with any after care. Mustang is a distraction for them. On the USA side, its the same thing concept, just swap Ranger with F-150. This all means there is no great rush to fix this issue.
