Not sure about USA but last contact with dealer here car is held up at docks and won't be fixed apparently till January if I'm lucky.

Also if US has fix then why can't that be implemented onto our cars in December it surely can't be that difficult

How can it take that long for a software update, and our cars will just be sitting outside exposed to elements. This whole process is an absolute joke, over 2 years to get a car and then held up by this crap.
