Potentially good news guys, I just checked ford’s website for the recalls and they changed it… it now says “software is available to fix your vehicle.” Does this mean it’s now released? Thanks.

This is consistent with what my dealer told me on the phone, so it seems like the dealers got an official message.

It seems that nobody inside Ford has a single idea of what's going on, which is perhaps why the fix is taking so long. I guess we'll just be surprised one day when it comes out.

I just called my dealer to see what’s going on and they said it could be another month at least. I don’t know who’s right or who’s wrong but this is getting infuriating.

Although inaccurate, the fact that Ford insiders are discussing a dealer release of the fix is a good sign that we should be nearing the end here.

The worst part of this is that there is pretty much no remediation other than backing out of your deal if that window is even still open. We can go down and yell at the dealers all we want but even they don't know what's going on and don't even have the fix. I tried to buy my mustang 2.5 months...

Yup, I asked my dealer for an update but I highly doubt anything is coming of it. It seems like all unofficial fix dates have been wrong which is a shame because I was really pulling for the 29th. The only hope is it's still the evening of the 28th in the US.
