I'm well aware of Saleen's financial challenges and quality concerns over the last few years. It doesn't take away from the fact I'm looking forward to seeing the car. Saleen have produced some superb Mustangs over the years and I hope they can do well with S650.

Im eager to see it, although the pre-2010 S197 was the last Saleen that really got me excited. (I still say the “New Edge” Saleen was the coolest to do it) The bigger, softer bodies of the S550+ don’t look as good with all the body kits, wings, and such imo.

I took this picture at Carlisle last year where there were a ton Saleen mustangs and they were super nice. My first was a 1989 Saleen and it was fantastic. I am definitely interested in the new release.

Gorgeous...........both the car and the color! Although I believe the repaint is around $25k if you want one of their special colors.

Saleen always does the best looking mustang designs. Modern, clean, and futuristic. Hopefully they avoid emphasizing the “nostrils” as others have done. Horrible, ugly trend. thought the s550 black label was awesome.

The s650 is nice starting point. Looking forward to seeing what they did with it.

That was the Black Label, which usually has more extreme front and rear ends to the White and Yellow Label cars
