They also have to sell a certain amount of them. They can't keep raising prices.You're missing the whole point and I'm starting to think it's on purpose.
The Camaro isn't being made because they can't make a profit on it. If they could, they would.
That's why Ford raised prices. So they can continue making it.
If the sales numbers don't pickup, they'll stop making the Mustang too.
Remember the Focus? They sold tons of them. Way more than the Mustang. But Ford no longer wanted to make cars. Boom.
