After a mild accident I got my 2025 GT premium inspected at a ford dealership to make sure the pre collision/pedestrian auto brake feature was still functioning. As it turns out I never had it to begin with, evidently the sensors required for such a system aren't even present. Which brings me to my question did the dealership I bought the car from lie/make a mistake about what it came with? I have attached the inspection report and window sticker below so those more knowledgable than I can take a look. I thought the auto brake came standard on all 2025 mustangs, let alone one that supposedly has the safety package. I'm more than a little confused about this situation especially since I have togglable settings for the sensitivity of the auto brake and pre collision warning(despite neither ever going off). I just want to make sure I got what I payed for. Please let me know if I'm confused or if there are grounds for a fraud case here. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to help a stranger, all is much appreciated.
