Ok that makes more sense. You always throw me off when you identify these cars by interior trim levels. All you have to say is base vs PP. 401A doesn't mean anything. 👍🏻
PP? Okay, I'll wait for you. Tell Doc you'd like to try Tamsulosin, or Finastyride next time. You won't have to go that much after taking it. 👍🏼😇

Yeah that’s what I told the guy, the base GT is cruiser/street car. I got the PP for that reason.
I got the PP as well for an occasional track day. Went to Daytona June 19 and oil temps stayed under 250° in 92° humid Florida weather. Ran novice group with a best lap time of 2:30.03, top speed 144. I have some work to do. 😄

meaning that the debris from the failing whipple could enter the engine intake/maniford/any other opening thus killing it as well?
Yep. No idea what a new Whipple, engine and labor would cost. This is why I'm going with a centrifuge.

Are you enriching uranium?
No. But you can't pass up such a bargain on slightly used centrifuges from Eyeran. You could say they're having a Fire Sale. The types of SCs from Procharger, and other companies, are called Centrifuges. They look like turbos, but operate different and are belt driven. They allow normal around town driving, and come on hard after 3k rpm. Come on sooner with 4.10 + axle ratios.

4.10 or not, still 3k rpms when it comes on strong.

Still wins races, and great for a street/freeway driver like me. Not going to race. I need reliability, driveability, and performance. 47 lbs SC Vs. 161 lbs SC? 47 Lbs works for me, especially with all the equipment I have to pack to work, and around town. It's why I chose a Mustang.

After about 10 min of hard pulls on the highway (manual trans), my engine oil temp goes up to 273, and then I'd back down because i know at 280 it will go into limp mode. I took it to the dealership and they told me they will change the oil to Mobile (i'm assuming full synthetic) at next oil change.

Is this an issue? They didn't mention anything except when they test drove the car and kept it around 4500 RPM it rose to about 240F.

Is anyone else experiencing this?
Did you notice your AC getting weaker. The ECU usually cuts timing and AC before it blows up

Has anyone done any actual research to see if an oil cooler is added if a dealer can change any values in Forscan to account for it. I'm wanting to track my base GT in the future so I'm looking at adding an oil cooler. This might be a phone call to the dealer or Ford parts support to find out

Edit: Here's what myself and you all need to read first
