Bought a 24 mustang end of April, since then my headlight went out which took the dealership 2 weeks to fix then about a week later my windshield cracked and now the car will shut off while I’m driving and the interior lights will cut on and off by themselves constantly. Terrible first experience. I love the car but god it has been nothing but problems

Things happen, the car shutting off may be the auto stop-start feature? The windshield cracking is just bad luck. As long as the dealer fixes the issues it will be a great car.

Not the auto start, like the whole car will shut off while I’m driving, was going around 50 mph and it just shut off

Could be a serious wiring issue, the main wiring harness. It's 100's of tiny wires, and if it's damaged, things can turn on/off intermittently. I had an old car where the engine would start misfiring intermittently. Took a lot of time and money to narrow it down to the wires crapping out. The Nissan dealer replaced everything, but the right thing.

I think if a new car has these serious and dangerous problems, use the lemon law, and get a new one, if possible. Ford technicians are not the best and brightest. Every Ford repair shop (nearly) has horrendous reviews. So you're better off saving yourself the headache and just get a replacement. It's not a leak, a squeak or rattle--the car goes offline while you drive, that's just unimaginable.

Yep brand new, only put 4500 miles on it
That's terrible! I'd be looking at the lemon law to push Ford to buy it back once it meets the threshold. Fortunately I've not had any trouble with my 2024.

Then just pass on an address I will come by and pick it up as a donation.

Sounds like is has an electrical gremlin. Hopefully it ends up being something minor that the dealer will fix. Sorry that's happening. Keep us updated.
