Hello all!

After receiving an update from my dealer this week, my Dark Horse (Vapor Blue, 700A, 6spd, AP, HP, & Recaro’s) is almost here. Feeling fortunate to receive the spec I ordered! Best of luck to those still waiting. I feel your pain after waiting 13 months for my last Mustang order.

Update on my order. The car arrived at the dealer on 2/6 and I took delivery on 2/12.

So far I’m impressed with the spec!

Anyone know why the cars built in feb haven’t been shipping yet? My car was built on 2/8 and is sitting in ramp 51. According to ford chat. It hasn’t updated past in production.

I also found a couple other cars that were built first week of Feb that haven’t updated past in production using ford tracker.

I did ! When I ordered my 2019 I just got the active exhaust and black accent package. This time around I intend on keeping this GT til I die so, screw it! I'm getting everything I want and I'm gonna enjoy it!

I'm 45 actually, but even as a daily driver I only put about 7k miles on my vehicle in a year. Everything I need is close to home or I always travel with a bunch of friends/relatives so I never have to drive long distances in my car. When I traded in my 2005 GT in 2018 it only had 95k on it.

My car is sitting at a railyard in Jessup Md waiting for transport to my dealer. The urge to go take a road trip to try and spot it is super real but hopefully it's not long now!

I've added my build to the google docs and have attached my order form with personal details redacted.
Do note our road fund license (first year) is our version of the gas guzzler tax. The amount is based on the vehicles co2 emissions (thus fuel consumption) and the mustang falls into the maximum charge category. It's just a little bit off the 'road to 95' fleet average target (it's 3x higher)

When i purchased it the dealer was optimistic that i'd get it late July but put in a worst case date of end of september. At the current rate of progress i'll be lucky if i see it this year.

I now know why they have 2x as many cancelled orders as confirmed orders.
