First 2024 Mustang orders being shipped to dealers now!

Oh, my bad. I thought I already customized and ordered the car, signed a contract and paid a big deposit for it. I thought I set up a ford's online account on Ford's website (not Dealer's) and when I log in, I see the car info and Vin and all features and details. I thought Ford's Chat (not dealer's chat) responds to my messages because the car is assigned to me. I thought Ford (not dealer) is sending me emails because the car's Vin is in my name.

I'm so sad right now. Thanks for helping me realize that after 4 months of waiting, it turned out that the car is not mine.

I'm so sorry to expect, as a customer, that after 4 months of waiting, I should have already received the car I was told I will get it in 3 months.

I'll just calm down, cancel my plans, summer's commitments, and enslave my sorry self to the mighty Ford's mood and their distractions and stalling.

So Guys I have a great news for you. I just went to where most of the cars are. I even touched them, and I took pictures for all the colors. I talked with Ford's insider, and it looks like I was not the only one who was freaking out about the hailstorms. Ford was too. So My Ford's friend said that the rare hailstorms happened last week urged Ford to speed the shipping process, and the cars are one step away from shipments. Also he said the OKTB decision is already taken...but not announced. THE CARS WILL BE AT THE DEALERSHIPS BY THE END OF THIS WEEK OR STARTING NEXT WEEK. My next post will include all the pictures I took.

Sounds like you should give up your order and go buy something else sitting on the lot. Quit crying today is a happy day with the embargo lift

If Ford is releasing vehicles from the plant, which we know they are based on all the trailer photos in other threads, it is very likely that OKTB has been achieved. There's no real way to know for sure, but it's not completely unreasonable to think that we might receive our vehicles at the end of this week or sometime next week.

I'll ask my dad later today for updates on management lease vehicles since we have one on order. Usually they release those first.


Update: My dad confirmed that OKTB has been achieved, not sure about delivery yet

I second this view…only thing that helps corroborate this is right now my car has an eta of July 28-Aug 3 and is at Ramp 59. Trying not to get too hopeful despite me really wanting to.
