Two questions from a dumb ass:

• Can we assume we'll need something like the Steeda clutch spring & perch kit (for S550) for our S650s 6-speed MTs?

• And what about the aftermarket pull down strap mod to close the trunk without touching the rear deck/spoiler?

None of the YouTubers ever touch on things like this when they're invited to see the cars... such a missed opportunity to actually cover something different from all the other "exclusive" videos.

changed my mind on this, maybe not a custom resonator delete, but the Corsa Double H Pipe (Lethal Performance implies it works on the 2024's by listing it under the 2024 Mustang parts)
wheels are gonna be swapped out for 19X11" front, 19X12" rear with 325/30R19 and 355/30R19 respectively

I’m a tad bit north of $9500 for full PPF, side tint, and the clear tint on the front windshield here in Houston. Put down a deposit the other day. This will be my first front windshield tint. Also for what it’s worth the same company has tinted my vehicles before. Not the cheapest, but quality work. I had to warranty some 3M tint previously and they were zero hassle to do that. Very proactive.

I put a deposit down a couple weeks ago for $3400 total.

Little different tho, only front bumper and headlights Xpel 10yr PPF.

Full ceramic tint including the 70% front window.

And lastly a full ceramic coating for the paint with a 4yr warranty.

Plus all the paint correction beforehand. Couldn't justify the cost of a full PPF unless I was going DH. For a GT I'm ok with just the bumper.

Downtime just equals not making money for me. I would estimate 4 weeks of not having a car and the hassle of that or the rental factor. Not to mention the grief my conscience would put me through while waiting to fix the chips.

My current car (Ford Fusion) has at least 100 rock chips in the paint on the hood, a pillars, and roof now. The roads in Houston have rocks all over them. FWIW the car is 10 years old. If I got that fixed every 25 chips or so, I would have painted it 4 times in 10 years.

If I didn't live in a place like Houston, I probably wouldn't even do PPF..
