Looks menacing! However, factory-offered black lugs would be REALLY nice...

Looks good! I wish there were more pictures of the Dark Horse in black with the correct wheels.

If the black DH has a red interior , I would be really impressed. The chrome lug nuts make a night time tire change easier because you can see the lug nuts.

The front bumper plastic looks terrible on black imho. Looks very unfinished compared to other colors I’ve seen where it looks more like a contrast piece
100% agree. I will order my in black and then wrap the plastic parts at the front bumper

Actually, black hides the plastic as its almost the same color. The plastic is hideous.

I think black is making the unpainted plastic much more obvious. The upper grille, mirrors and splitter look totally out of place on the picture. Especially since the continuation of the fangs in the lower grille is painted.

Disagree. Same as plastic rockers. Dark car color looks better. Especially from far away. Hard to see as same color blends in.

It will always look off since a matte and gloss black look nothing alike. It works better if you have a very high contrast in bodycolor, like white or yellow.

Just look at the diffusor here and tell me it does not look off.

Overall Ford should just paint the bumper, splitter, sideskirts and diffusor. Camaro could do it since 2016, how the hell can't Ford do it? At least make it a $1,000 option or do it for a pretty much $70k model like the DH

I do love me some contrast. Yellow and black look great! But, the yellow looks like its riding high, rocker blending in with asphalt. Black looks lower as rockers blends in car.

I would def. wrap the plastic Robin mask no matter the color. It is so bad, aftermarket and Ford will hide it later on other trims.

Doesn’t help that 2 out of 3 of these shots feature a direct light source behind the cam’s POV highlighting the matte plastic finish.

Imo, they did it right with the contrasting trim. These cars are straight porkers without some visual contrast trickery. Always cringe when I see S550s and Camaros with body-color painted diffusers and trim because their cars take on the shape of a bread loaf.

At least Ford texturized the plastic with micro ridges which adds to the way they picks up light in person.

Looks menacing! However, factory-offered black lugs would be REALLY nice...
They look really bad here just like on the S550. It makes me wonder, do other OEMs paint their lugs black on their black-out wheel packages? Do they just put bolt pattern covers on their wheels? Are the lugs extra recessed?

They stand out so obviously here and it’s the same thing as last gen lol. So bad.
