You can easily download the manual to you phone or computer. Not to mention it's in the cars infotainment system too. All of those options have a keyword search feature that makes finding what you want vastly faster than searching a paper book, or going to a car forum and posting a simple question and waiting for the answer.
But reading material on the throne enables multi tasking.

That's what phones are for. You know it's 2025 right?
Nasty, and you talk to your mother with that. Lol. Sorry but me thinks you know what i mean. A printed manual beats a small screen any day of the week, doesn’t need to be charged, won’t suffer a vulnerability exploit, print once use many, what’s more efficient?

Can they not search the forum and read the answer rather than asking a question to which the answer is there in black and white?
Yes, but many people do not even look at when the last post was made.

Sure would be easier if they provided a printed user manual but then again technological advancements wouldn’t be implemented and we might actially know how to use the car without having to use to car to read the manual in the car. I mean without the ‘printed’ overview that says this is how you access the manual in your vehicle we wouldn’t be able to read the manual that shows how to access the manual. And besides, the power saving feature kinda puts a damper on reading in full.
You can order the full 552 page manual for your 2024 Here. Worth the money to be able to flip through real pages.

The only button I use on the left side of the wheel is to click up to my Custom Drive Profile. all the other ones are useless …..to me.
You never use cruise control? If not for cruise control, I would probably get my driver's license taken away.

You seriously had nothing better to do than come into this thread and post about what a dipshit I am and how superior you are with the proof being that I had just discovered this feature?

Well, I'll be damned. When I first got my car and said I was in the process of printing the user manual, I caught shit here for three days because I wanted a printed manual and it was assumed I was in the dark ages or something. No, I don't sit in my car and read the manual on a car screen. The printed version I have makes it quick and easy to find something. :)

He would have chastised you if you had replied to an old thread anyway. I normaly like Greg, but he seems to be on one today. Maybe we need to buy him a beer. 🍻

Now that I know it is on my dashboard, I will have to read it while driving. Multi-tasking for the win!

Never use it…. Not because it’s a bad feature, but I don’t take long highway trips so I don’t have a need for it. My back can’t tolerate long drives.
