Scrolling through Instagram and I came across this. We might just have our first real-life photos of the CF rims.

Me personally, I think this is a better preview than what Ford put out, but I'll still reserve my final opinion until I actually see them in person.

The idea of carbon fiber wheels seems cool, I just dont have any use for them on a daily driver. I liked the GT500 CF wheels better, but that's just personal preferences.

Does it take any special equipment to remove or mount new tires on a CF wheel? I would be nervous a hell if I was a tech and I knew how much a screwup would cost on one of those wheels.

Do shops carry insurance on unusually expensive stuff like that?

The carbon wheels have grown on me, i still don't think i can spend 8500 on them though. Cool option to have.
