I'm sorry but those look horrible... a mix between Camaro wheels on the last gen or base model Mustang wheels...trying to decide..no character at all.. I love the last gen Mach 1 handling pack wheels ....the gt350r and cftp wheels ...but these ...ouch

The wheels are made by Carbon Revolution based here near Melbourne, Australia. They were the first (and still the only?) company to perfect the production of carbon fibre wheels for road use.

probably not the only company, Koenigsegg in 2014 had 19"X10" CF wheels that weighed 13lbs on the One:1
unless you're talking mass production, then yes, i think Carbon Revolution more or less has a monopoly on the carbon fiber wheel market
