Performance Pack Rim Defect

This has been going on for more than 2 months, after I found that the paint on one of my rims was lifting and working its way to face of the rim. I’ve been back and forth with the dealership and they told me Ford has not provided a response yet.
What should I / can I do to get this fixed because it’s gone on far too long.

For as dirty as those wheels are , that paint on the edge will be no concern after the pitting starts from all the brake dust. I know that isn't what you want to hear , but reality is they will be junk soon regardless, if you leave them looking like that.

Brake dust is extremely corrosive , so any that gets out onto that edge will definitely expedite the process of paint removal. I will agree yours look to be missing more paint than usual , did you have the tires removed from the rims at any point ?

this is the most important question: do you have different tires than came on it from factory?

I was thinking the same thing as above (Changed Tires). On closer look, I can see the SIDE part of where the P Zero's say OUTSIDE on them. OP - Have you changed the tires and went back with the same P Zero's? It kind of looks like the rims where damaged by improper tire mounting.

The following assumes your Mustang still has the original tires.

Those rims could use a good cleaning for sure. I would push the issue with the dealer and Ford. This doesn't seem normal at all to me (if factory mounted tires).

I would not go to the dealer without cleaning them first ("first impressions"). Hopefully, they were somewhat cleaner when you first discussed this issue with your dealer.

I know these things are impossible to keep clean they get washed every 2 weeks. The life of the car being a daily driver is unfortunate. The tires were recently changed because I had gone through the oem but I’ve had a ticket with Ford open on this for over 3 months.

The pictured rim was replaced by the dealer do to the first one having a terrible clear coat. The tires were oem until I had replaced them because the other ran out of tread.
