found out today that the GTD is now in ECat, so here is some stuff i found out. note that ECat is missing quite a few pictures as of now, so there may be some interesting stuff i omit because i simply dont have the visual info on it
1. long block for the GTD is $46,666.67 USD with a $3,500.00 USD core charge
2. the actual block itself's part number is
3. the cylinder heads look like they made have been originally made with the 2024 refresh Raptor R in mind, as the part number prefix is
4. brand new exhaust manifolds, also featuring the part number prefix
5. the GTD still uses the same oil pump as the GT500, part number
6. the supercharger itself looks to be the exact same as the Raptor R, just with a different cover design which is at the moment unknown
7. the intake is a single throttle body with a single intake tube that gets air from the left of the grill, but also air goes in through the top cover of the airbox
8. the air filter is the same as the GT350, GT500, Bullitt, and Mach 1
9. the PCM has been moved to where the S550s had it
10. the shifter speaks of both a "Metallic Gear Shift Knob" and "Rotary Gear Shift Knob", though based on other part numbers, this may be a weird way of describing the same thing twice?
11. the rear emblem is
12. the GTD requires 91 octane
13. the GTD comes with the air compressor and sealant dispenser that all new Fords have been coming with for a while
14. there are 5 vehicle covers, each one part of a different "Sun Protection Pack"
15. the front suspension has also been swapped out. instead of the regular Mustang's MacPherson Strut type, it uses a Double Wishbone type where the lower control arm is actually 2 parts
16. the control module for the adjustable suspension is under where the rear seat would normally be
17. this is the front strut assembly
18. this is the rear shock assembly
19. there are 4 different color wheels for the GTD
20. the GTD uses the metal valve stems like the Dark Horse instead of the rubber ones on the EcoBoost and GT
21. this is the drive assembly to the transaxle
22. the half shafts reference a "Street Racer Package" and "Elite Package"
23. the front brake rotors and calipers are shockingly cheap. each rotor is $225 and each caliper is $270
24. same thing for the rear rotors and calipers. each rotor is $280 and each caliper is $220 or $330
25. the brake caliper mounting points on the front and rear knuckles are almost certainly different than the regular S650s
26. the ABS module is the same as the regular S650s
27. the suspension and under body active aero is hydraulic, having its own whole system, categorized as "power steering"
28. there are two types of GTD, as implied by some parts. a "Sport" and an "R Performance"
29. these are the two paddle shifters. first is the "Sport" and second is the "R Performance"
30. you cannot purchase specifically the left steering wheel button cluster on its own, you must get it as a part of the whole $1300 steering wheel assembly
31.
32. the interior screen assembly and IPC module itself are new parts, though the screen is a
33. there is a secondary battery in the rear of the vehicle it seems
34. one of the batteries is not some regular Motorcraft one, it looks to be special for the GTD and is about $900
35. the APIM module and amplifier also seem to be new parts
36. this is the speaker system of the GTD
37. the GTD does use new headlights, being
38. the rear lights are all the same as the regular S650s
39. this is the trunk, and it seems like you can still open it
40. there looks to be a "Less Interior Pack", "Interior Pack", "Interior Pack 2", and "Interior Pack 3"
41. the puddle lamps seem like they are just the standard pony, not any special "GTD" or anything
42. despite what i was so sure of, it looks like not all the glass is shared with the regular S650. the rear window is different
43. some interior colors seem to include "Warm Charcoal", "Grey Thread", "Indulgence", and "Redline"
44. the chassis badge has a "Level 1" and "Level 2"
45. the center stack is in fact, still plastic and not carbon fiber
46. GTD gets the standard "silver pony" keyfob
47. this is the trunk release mechanism
48. no touch up paints are offered, and Ford says "Contact Local Axalta Paint Supplier With Paint Code For Support"
49. the "R Performance" version comes with front canards, were the "Sport" does not
50. the active under body aero is directly behind the splitter
51. you can only choose between black or red seat belts
52. the whole rear subframe is a tubular assembly
53. it seems like there is no part number for the cat-back system. its also hard to tell with Ford's obscure generic part naming scheme and no diagram yet
54. there also seems to be no part number for an active exhaust valve motor?
55. it looks like all GTDs will be built in a "USA" spec. there is no mention of any other spec

instead of the expected KR3Z
or SR3Z
