No these are special variants only...GT350, GT500, Mach 1, and DH. Although the 2021 base Mach E got one...always thought that was odd...probably due to just being new/first electric thing. The GT350 did a mini flat plane crank, the 500 did the mini dual scroll supercharger thing, and Mach 1 did a mini pinion gear so I was surprised the DH didn't do like a mini dual intake thing.

i finally got my owner's kit from Ford Performance! here is some pictures

it comes with a booklet detailing development, a brochure showing a ton of stuff, a small poster, a large poster, a message from the Mustang Brand Manager Joseph Bellino, a paperweight with a place for the included badge with your chassis number, a shift knob cover, and a booklet housing a certificate of authenticity, plus a USB drive with nearly 230 pictures in it

quite a nice owner's kit!

this thing now lives on my desk, right next to where my computer is
