Okay so can the two 70 year olds get off of writing checks and paying cash for cars in college because your worked so darn hard 50 years ago in a totally different economy when things were less expensive? Literally NOBODY CARES.

Let's get back on topic talk about mustang sales please.
Is it possible the autopay method may be using more of the budget than the youngins realize and is a contributing factor for the inability to afford said purchase?

most likely an increase in sales will be noticed now that the stop sale has been lifted but then again heading into winter and it’s a summer car?

Ha, Ha, Ha, I hate the thought of reaching 70 y.o. Nobody cares about this post ^^^^ or about people that own garage queens as well, LOL!! 🤣

Never had a problem with it in 20+years. But we do have a slightly different banking system.
And it's those easy to use pesky credit cards that affect disposable income which affects car sales. Mustangs are cars that a lot of people can't afford but they don't want to understand that. You can't have what you can't pay for, and that includes cars. Hard, smart work = money to buy Mustangs. No money, no Mustangs. It is really that simple but then, there are simple minded people that whine about not having money to buy Mustangs. The reason is in this post.

Thanks Dave Ramsey. We didn't get it the first 50 times you posted it. At the rate you keep repeating yourself, Im starting to wonder if there is a cognitive issue at play here.

So let me repeat myself one more time. No one here cares, much less needs an education from you on how to save money or live their life every time the conversation of Mustang sales comes up. It's tired, its condescending, and most of all, it's REALLY off topic.

What I see young people driving is used up junk. They don't hold down decent jobs so they don't drive decent cars or they drive Mommie's car. They aren't circulating any money because they're still living at home.
If you can live at home you're avoiding the most expensive thing right now - rent, or inflated mortgage

Young people will stretch their budgets to the max to buy a car. Alway get these kids asking if they can afford a $60k car when they make $40k a year

there are also a lot of young people fresh out of college making 90-100k or more at their first jobs. Easy to buy a Mustang at that point.

But who cares about young people - according to Google the average age of a new mustang buy is about 50

yes, but we are of a group that Card companies hate. We pay our card bills in full every month without fail. No big spends without discussion. Generally careful with money unless it involves food and/or wine.
My wife is an Accountant you see.

Our oldest son got married at 23 and they moved in with us to save up money. They had already been saving up money for a few years or so as he always lived with us and she with her parents. They were able to buy a house several months after getting married. Granted, it's a 1940 fixer-upper, but between family and friends, they're learning how to do everything. Our oldest daughter's fiancé already has a townhouse, so she's set. :)

I was set and self-sufficient 18 y.o. I made enough during summers to pay for college and living expenses. Did I work hard, you're damned right. I don't feel sorry for too many "poor" healthy people. To get money, one has to work for it. Simple as that. What are they willing to sacrifice?

As @LouG said, stay paid up too.

I thought you didn't want to talk about mustang sales because this is a troll post by a troll account, lmao.

I don’t get these posts.
Just saying... the OP is a troll.
I have noticed that you are rabid in shutting down and dismissing any negatives associated with the S650, hahah.
