I don't have plans to have it done. My luck, the dealer will screw up more than they fix.

Mine came yesterday, with the appointment set for the 23rd. Two day deal they tell me, and I can even get a free loner if I wanted one. I'll just drive my Ranger, thank you!

My dealer just recommended having it inspected and leaving it alone if the bcm is good. They said I can always have it done as long as the recall is left open.

I saw a reference to this on the Ford site and had it done last week. Was only a single day job, but in the dealer's main shop, not the oil change section where I first was going. Didn't seem to be a problem, but no idea exactly what they did! My car is always garaged, but figured it's better not to have an open recall on the books.

We all got it. Took 2 hours to get it done. Couldn't have been easier.

Same here in New Hampshire. Also goes into hibernation when it snows until the roads are clear of the salt.

I hear ya Starship Enterprise! I just purchased my first 2025 Mustang GT Premium in August. To be honest, I was very disappointed to receive this recall so soon. Mine is garage kept, under cover, and will probably never see rain. No way no bodies rippin into my new car! Love this ride!!

I guess if you guys are garaged in poor weather (as am I), you gotta think about if you wash the car... as my wife reminded me... still unsure if I will take it in for this yet.

We received what we suspect is ours but since we haven’t opened it acknowledgement isn’t confirmed.
