I almost never turn my A/C off. I use it all winter, as well. I may raise the temp, but it is still the A/C. About the only time I turn on the heater is if there is a humidity problem caused by excessive moisture in the cabin. It takes a long time, but occasionally you need to dry things out. GlennWhat he ^^^ said. Lots of heat being produced engine, transmission, ect. Put AC on when in traffic or idling for a bit.
I'm glad you added the last sentence. I thought we were about to have some entertainment for a minute there.Have you noticed the inside cabin getting hot when driving in traffic for long without the a/c? Heat coming from the side where gear box is.
That's for damn sure! 100˚ is like nearly baking temps. When I see people doing that during the summer I assume they are baked, from drugs! GlennYour are so right, I guess I have driven too many German cars with smaller engines powered by their turbo! A/C I guess is the answer in countries like cyprus where sun always shine at 100 degrees!
