Here in Germany at the moment it seems it's only possible when you pay the whole amount. If you want to finance it in any way via Ford Bank it's not possible because the bank haven't listed the Gen7 at the moment

Yes, you can already find some of the S650 in the showrooms at car selling sites. And I know someone who reserved on of the early build DH at a dealer. Seems like the DHs will arrive around March.

The dealer told me that they are expecting to import around 50 Dark Horse...in the whole Europe sounds like an extremely limited volume, what do we know about that so far?

Yes, 927€ they use to give extra discount if you financed the car, but is not the case anymore unfortunately and that's all they could do apparently

I also placed my order this afternoon for a Dark Horse, automatic, Blue Atlas colour.

They are taking back my 2015 GT (68k km) for CHF 29k and they added a discount of CHF 1'600 .

So instead of CHF 79'700 (base DH with manual transmission is CHF 77'800) I will pay CHF 49'600. Not too bad I have to say .

Well last week when we were talking about it, he said first deliveries are expected in Q2, but he estimates it towards June/July maybe August. Depends on how Ford is pushing them out and if there are delivery delays (at least we don't need to worry about the Panama Canal like the Australians).

I assume there are some production line changes need to be implemented for the EU car? Especially with the differences in emissions and I assume ECU tune related to that?

On top of that the UK cars will probably be part of a wider RHD production? With changes to Emissions and ECU as per EU standards?

So depending on how they prioritise it is likely that some the EU cars would be built first because it would only be small changes to a LHD production line?

I think the cars are shipping from New York to Brussels, where are prepared-final modifications. No idea about UK models.

I remember my S550 went a route similar to that, but I'd imagine there might be issues with the car going to the EU prior to UK.

S550 was Bremerhaven or Zeebrugge. But Ford no longer ships to Bremerhaven. According to my dealer it is now Zeebrugge, Antwerpen or it goes via Turkey (no joke)
