Update; my dealer ordered the “correct” one and it should he here in weeks.

Here's another strange thing, the first DH with the lip spoiler also just have the pony puddle lights like the GT. The new DH with the correct spoiler also have the dark horse emblem as puddle lights

Oh an by the way I know of the first cases where the dealer is declining to add the correct wing spoiler, seems like they have to pay for an aftermarket installation.

I received my DH today. I’m from Spain, maybe the first one in this location.
Same problem with the spoiler and the lights.
Maybe the car has other differences that are unnoticeable like reinforced engine. This smells very bad.
If mu dealer refuse to repair all non DH features I will claim a refund and I will create another order with an 2024.5 order number.
This is unfair for an +14k € from a GT standard version appearance. We’ve got a GT with stickers.

At least it's not fair that the fist customers who ordered blindly are now taken advantage of and getting a worse specced car (the wing definitely procudes better downforce than the small lip) and surely will have paid more than people who are buying a DH now. I already saw 14% incentives on Dark Horses if you order now in Germany.

kind of happy that mine will be only built on September 2nd even though I ordered mid February. Might have the normal spoiler and puddle lights . But so unfair for all those who are affected and where the dealer is not willing to compromise or do the extra step for their customer.

It's strange, but both my specification and the current specification in the configurator state that there should be a Mustang logo, so it seems ok. Turns out it's another US vs EU difference.
