So my 2024 GT Premium has been built already - but now I’m regretting my choice because those wheels are terrible. Unfortunately, I didn’t opt for the other wheel option but I didn’t think the standard wheels were this bad lol. Wonder if anyone else feels the same way.

I hate them too. I trusted they would be quite a bit darker than they are when Ford called them "Shadow Silver." They almost look white they are so bright and I have a darker car on order so it's going to look even worse.

Yea, and look how much darker they look on the configurator. That's why I was ok with ordering them but they are way brighter than the configurator shows.

Yes.
They look like they should be on the Barbie car.

I have been plotting their replacement since I dropped Nite Pony.

Let's be honest, all stock wheels are pretty bad. The PP wheels are actually sweet though.

That is not the rim that you ordered, the build and price is awful. No matter which wheel you put in there it shows those rims. Those are the rims on the silver one sitting beside yours. One of the reasons I waited before ordering was because nothing changed expect for the color. If I can’t see one in person and give it a drive, I want to at least get a “preview” on the builder.

Yes it is. I'm not the OP though. There is only 1 wheel with that shape on the configurator. The configurator loads with the standard equipment and these are the standard GT premium "shadow silver" wheels. If you look at all the wheels offered and look at how they are shaped it is easy to tell that it's the only match on the configurator and for cars spotted in the wild. Like I said, they are much darker on the configurator vs real life. Also, the wheels you are talking about on the silver car are the ebony black painted aluminum wheel you can also see in the configurator right about the standard GT premium wheels.

I dont mind, the plan was always to go aftermarket. Was not planning on keeping those skinny stock wheels on for long. Part of the reason I didnt opt for the PP.

op… I think you’ll find they match with the headlight bezel color.

I do agree and ordered NP, I think the black base 18s look much better also.

I don't think it looks good at all. Cheap rental car. PP wheels, aftermarket or bust.

Agree. The more I see of the standard GT wheels the less I like them. Just too blindly bright. The lack of good wheel photos was why I held off on preordering. I want to see them in-person before ordering anything and their buld site is absolute garbage. I've been leaning to the NP package just to get better wheels.
